Easter 2019

Easter this year started off on Friday when we decorated SIXTY Easter Eggs! It went fast...haha. It doesn't take long!

Saturday we went up to East Canyon and cooked hot dogs, blew bubbles, and played on the beach while we waited for the Easter Egg hunt.

Emery was the only one brave enough to take a picture with the Easter bunny, haha

Lainee thought about it, but changed her mind at he last minute, haha!

Lainee was a natural at egg hunting. The second they said go, she got busy!

Easter Sunday the girls got their matching dresses, and Harley his matching tie.

That afternoon we headed to grandma and grandpas for Easter dinner with the whole family and grandma's egg hunt.

It was pouring rain so we ended up having to do the hunt inside this year! The kids didn't mind one bit. Especially since they are still finding treats and toys every time they go up there. haha!

The highlight of Lainee's day...finding her "mellow" the softest, cuddliest pillow in the world that quite literally instantly solved all of Lainee's sleep problems she had when we got back from our cruise. Bless this pillow! Weeks later and we haven't had a single problem since she started going to sleep with this weird thing!! haha!

Her #1 favorite thing to do, color. She had to break into her new coloring book and crayons as soon she saw them.

It was a great weekend with family. We also had a great day at church Sunday morning also. It's always so nice to start the day off remembering our Savior and his sacrifice for us. Because of Him, we get to be together forever.

Baby Animals 2019

Took the kids to the baby animals a few weeks ago, our very favorite Spring tradition. We've done it every year since Emery was a baby and it is the best. This year we went to Cross E ranch that we went to last fall, we loved it so much we were excited to come back!

The pigs were probably Lainee's favorite. No matter what animals we went and saw she wanted to keep going back to the pigs.

Lainee was very weary of the goats after a while...haha! Hence the face....She loved them at the beginning but as soon as they started eating her dress...and my shirt, and my hair...she suddenly wasn't so amused. She kept yelling...Mom! Eat your hair!

But oh man those things were so cute!

She LOVES cows.

This place has the BEST food. I always look forward to the food most, haha!

 Smelling the flowers, haha!
