Labor Day weekend we knew we wanted to do something, but we also had a lot of things to get done. My sister was coming home from school, but she had to work on Saturday. So it worked out that we were able to get a lot of work done on the house on Saturday. (We have oooohhh so many house projects going on right now, Home Depot gift cards are always welcome here with all the stuff we are forking out money for right now!! haha ;)) Anyway...Sunday we headed up into the mountains of Morgan behind my mom and dads house, literally 5 minutes away, but it was perfect! I love it up there. We played in the creek, sat around the campfire, rode 4 wheelers, made smores, and ate cake. It was a perfect little mini getaway.

August Things
Miss Macie decided she wanted to be potty trained! I was a little bit skeptical at first, but she was serious about it. A month later and she is going strong.
Shay Shay left to college, so right before she went down we went to go say good bye. The girls were less than thrilled to say good bye....
We missed her sooooo much, so the next week we took off for an overnight trip to visit and help her get moved in. It was a lot of work taking all 3 kids on a trip by myself, and a looooong 5 hour drive with no one to help me meet kids demands, but was fun!
I have been in the primary presidency, and a couple weeks ago they split our wards (again!) And we got moved into a new ward. I am still having a hard time with it, and really miss everything about our old ward, my calling, the ladies I worked with, my primary kids, and just the people in the ward. But hopefully it time it will get easier!
2 weeks ago we went to the Luke Bryan concert at USANA. It was a BLAST! And left us really wanting to go the Tim McGraw one last week...but we didn't. We had so much fun though.
More of Luke Bryan
One of Emery's pictures. I love love love her drawings. This one is her, mom, and dad. I personally love the tree on the right, and the flower on the left.
Dance and Tumbling started back up! This was Emery's first day of Tumbling. We are really loving her new gym and teacher. She is getting really good at kart-wheels and hand stands.
She also has a new dance class and teacher.

Rainy Days
After 3 days of non stop raining I decided the only way these girls (and me!) were going to stay sane was if I just left them go play in the rain. So they geared up in their rain boots and new umbrella and off they went.
Harley napped while they were outside. But he quickly found things to keep him in trouble.

Harley's 1st Birthday!
My baby's last night as a 1 year old...
Ahhh I can't believe this guy is ONE! It came and went way too quickly. He is the absolute sweetest guy ever. We adore him. For his birthday dinner we went to Ligori's and got pizza! All three kiddos loved it. Especially that happy face up there. He melts me.
After pizza we went to Cold Stone and got Ice Cream!
That Saturday we had his party! I decided I wanted to have a camping/woodland/smores party. It was delicious.
We had chocolate, vanilla, and coconut marshmallows. Cookies and cream, caramels, peanut butter cups, regular milk chocolate, and Andes mints. With Honey and Chocolate and chocolate covered graham crackers.
Harley's Cake, and his book. Every birthday we buy the kids a book that goes with their party and every one write them a note in it.
Macie, Emery, and Kate playing on Grandma's playground.
Harley wasn't took sure what to think about his cake. He mostly poked it a few times. Tasted it here and there.
Then he tried stealing everyone elses.
Next up was presents. He had a lot of helpers...!
He got a lot of fun stuff! His toys instantly because the most popular toys in our house. He was one spoiled little boy, but he deserves every minute of it! We love you baby boy!! Hope you had the happiest birthday ever!
